Angaya, our sparkling wine

 

Method Champenoise:

Fresh and fruity sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay grapes after staying on the top yeasts 30 months. Ideal throughout the meal, particularly with delicate dishes of fish and white meat.

Variety:

Chardonnay.

Type of land:

Moraine and partly limestone and clay.

Winemaking:

Into steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Lees:

Minimum 30 months.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent, with hints of bread crust and yeast, enriched by subtle notes of citrus fruits and dried fruits. Fresh, fine and harmonious.
